CU-SeeMe & TCP/IP on a WAN

I am considering setting up a video conference station at two
different office locations. We run Windows 3.11 (soon to switch to Win
95), 486-66 machines, and use a Wide Area Network. We are connected to
the Internet using a TCP/IP connection. Our Internet service provider
is in Denver (accessed via the WAN) and the two offices that I want to
connect both have Internet access using the WAN (Orange County CA & Los
Angeles, CA)
Will CU-SeeMe work over our existing WAN and TCP/IP connection ?
Do we only need the CU-SeeMe software and a camera (QuickCam)?
We don't have special motion video cards, do we need them ?
Any ideas or thoughts would be appreciated.
