The Charles E. Brown African American Cultural Center (C.E.B AACC) is planning the 2013 Black Congratulatory on Friday, May 3, 2013 at 7pm on Commencement Weekend. The black Congratulatory is an event that celebrates the culmination of an achievement: your college graduation and receiving a degree. Students who anticipate graduating this Spring (May 2013) or Summer (August 2013) are invited to participate in the program.

All participants must have a graduation cap and gown in order to participate. Information on the purchasing of cap and gowns will be on the Indiana State University Portal in early April.

The Cost to participate in the Black Congratulatory is $40.00. This includes:

  • 2013 Kente Cloth Stole
  • 8x10 Class Picture
  • Class gift
  • Post Ceremony

Students who are interested in participating in the 2013 Black Congratulatory should come to the C.E.B AACC to fill out a participation form and pay $40.00 payment. We only accept cash, money orders or cashier checks, not personal checks.
