In the summary, job titles are organized into job groups of full-time employees that have similar levels of responsibility, salaries, and advancement opportunities within the 5 applicable major categories established by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). The categories include Officials & Managers, Professionals (which includes Faculty), Office and Clerical, Technicians, Craft Workers, and Service Workers.
