Employees:
Up to fifteen (15) credit hours per year
(fall through summer) at a reduced rate.
Spouse/Partner:
One (1) course per semester at half price, up to
four (4) credit hours per semester.
Dependent Children:
Dependent children of qualified employees of
ISU who are full-time Undergraduate students will receive 80 percent of
qualified tuition per semester for a maximum ten (10) semesters waived.
Qualified employees must have been employed at Indiana State University
in that capacity for at least one year for dependent children to receive
the waiver.
Discount season
tickets for Basketball and Football ($10 - $25 off).

Full-time
benefits-eligible employees may have use of the university recreational
facilities at no cost. Employee’s spouse fees:
$195/6 months or $350/year. For
a small fee, outdoor recreational equipment (tents, sleeping bags, etc.)
is available for rental.
You must present your ISU ID card to use the facilities.
There is a small fee for towels, locker space, and group exercise

Hulman Memorial Student Union:
It is possible, upon availability, to rent most rooms of HMSU for
private functions. No fees
for SGA recognized student organizations.
For a small fee, Sam’s Student Club is also available for rental.

workshops to individuals or departments. Discounts with certain vendors
for computers/equipment.
Direct deposit of your
paycheck is mandatory. Some Terre Haute banks offer special deals with
direct deposit, such as higher interest on savings, lower interest on
car loans, free checks, and lower mortgage closing costs.
Call your specific bank for details about what, if any, deals
they offer.
As an employee of ISU,
you are eligible to become a member of the ISU Federal Credit Union with
a minimum deposit of $5 into a savings account. The credit union offers
mortgage and auto loans, as well as IRAs, Christmas Clubs, and checking
accounts. New services of
the credit union include the CU @ Home banking service, which is a free
service to access your accounts through your personal computer, and the
Visa Debit card, which can be used in place of a check to debit your
checking account for purchases wherever Visa is accepted.

Use of the library is available with your ISU ID card. You may check out materials with your card; different materials have different check-out periods. Escort services and
vehicle lock out services are available, as well as crime awareness and
personal safety programs.
Temporary parking permits are available for up to two weeks when you‘ve
misplaced yours.
