Diversifying the faculty initiative

Diversifying the faculty is about attracting the very best talented and highly capable persons by building deep, diverse candidate pools and actively recruiting candidates who would clearly meet our high standards of excellence. Doing so requires skill set development, resource support, and the will to achieve it. This website provides information that describes what will be in place this year to help in these regards, how it will be executed, and most importantly, why this is important. We invite your involvement, good ideas, and desire to be known not only for our student diversity but also for our faculty diversity. We all benefit from it.
