This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to enter data for the annual report and advisory board screens, plus run reports. This guide is designed for deans, associate deans, chairs, and administrative assistants.
Updating the FAD: Faculty will be sent emails throughout the semester, reminding them to enter activities into FAD. These are strategically scheduled for when common activities take place or when data is loaded into the system. Associate Deans will also be emailed reminding them of any upcoming reports that will be generated via FAD. It is important for faculty and deans to keep activities in FAD up-to-date so reports can be generated throughout the semester on an as-needed basis. Take a look at the schedule to help prioritize your data entry.
