Periodically, Indiana State University has opportunities to develop
academic programs of strategic importance on the Terre Haute campus.
Some of these opportunities provide for the delivery of
instruction resulting in the award of ISU credit hours.
Many of these programs do not require the utilization of many of
the services and facilities provided for traditional on-campus programs.
In October 2007, the Provost and Vice President for Academic
Affairs and the Vice President for Business Affairs and Finance and
University Treasurer determined that on-campus workshop registrants
would be exempt from the following fees: Late Registration Fee,
Recreation Center Fee, Transportation Fee, and Technology Fee. In
addition, it was determined that when a workshop of strategic importance
is identified, a credit hour fee that is different from the standard
Board approved rate may be collected upon the approval of the Provost.
This fee should be no less than 80% of the Board approved rate in
effect at the start date of the workshop.
To propose a flexible fee, credit bearing on-campus program for
approval, please submit a completed
ROUTING SHEET FOR CREDIT BEARING ON-CAMPUS FLEXIBLE FEE WORKSHOPS
to the Office of Continuing Education.
