Registration must be made through Extended Learning and cannot be made through any other means.

Payment of fees must be made at the time of registration to ensure a place in the class.

Stop by Extended Learning, Tirey Hall Room 133A, to register for the course and pay the fee either by money order, check, or credit card

Attach a paper with the name, address, birth date, and phone number of the registrant, along with a parent's name and the course requested.
Enclose a check or money order in the amount of $345.00 and mail to

If you choose to mail in your registration, you are not confirmed in the class until we receive payment.

Non-refundable $50.00 processing fee on all cancelled registrations
** There are No Exceptions to this policy **
Students may be transferred to another scheduled driver education class without being penalized with the $50.00 processing fee
If a refund is processed, a check will be mailed to the registrant and takes approximately four to five weeks.
- University policy does not permit credit card refunds to Visa or MasterCard accounts.

The Driver Education course requires that a Waiver of Liability form be signed and returned prior to the start of the class.
