Biography
Dr. Benny Ray Bailey earned a master's degree at Indiana State University in 1968. Bailey, who has gained distinction for his pioneering work in rural health care, was awarded the Distinguished Alumni Award in 1980. When he received the award he was executive director of the East Kentucky Health Service Center, Inc.
