Biography
A member of the 1938 graduating class of Indiana State Teachers College, David G. Bartram achieved a successful career as an investment banker and gained recognition as a partner in the New York City office of Ernst and Ernst, certified public accountants. Bartram received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 1972. At the time of receipt of the award, Bartram was vice president and treasurer of Paine, Webber, Jackson and Curtis, Inc., stockbrokers and investment bankers, and an allied member of the New York Stock Exchange.
