Biography

Mark J. Blade received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 2001. A 1976 graduate from Indiana State University, Blade was a dedicated public servant, having served as the Indiana State Senator for the 38th District. When he received the award he was director of purchasing and warehousing for the Vigo County School Corporation.
