Biography

Dr. Lowell H. Brammer, a 1964 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient, received his bachelor's degree from Indiana State Teachers College in 1935. He was recognized for his contributions to his profession of fundraising and for his interest, loyalty, and contributions to his alma mater. Brammer received the award while holding the position of chairman of the board and administrative officer of American City Bureau/Beaver Associates, Chicago, Illinois.
