Biography

Frank R. Briggs earned a bachelors in 1938 and a masters in 1940 from Indiana State Teachers College. Briggs' career in public relations, professional planning and management advice to hospitals and health care organizations, contributed to his selection as a 1976 Distinguished Alumni Award recipient. When he received the award he was a partner in Herman Smith Associates in Hinsdale, Illinois.
