Biography
Dr. Oliver C. Bumb, a Distinguished Alumni Award recipient in 1994, graduated from Indiana State Teachers College in 1933. Bumb earned distinction in higher education administration. At the time of the award, he was executive director of the Community Foundation of Muncie/Delaware County, Indiana.
