Biography
Dr. Myron L. Coulter graduated from Indiana State Teachers College in 1951 and received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 1975. Coulter provided outstanding service to the field of higher education including education consultation. He held a variety of faculty and administrative positions at several universities, including president of Western Carolina University.
