Biography
After earning her doctoral degree at Indiana State University in 1972, Dr. Katharine Webb received the Distinguished Alumni Award in 1986. She was nominated and confirmed by the New York Senate as one of three commissioners of the New York Commission of Corrections. Webb later became director of guidance and counseling of the New York State Department of Correctional Services.
