I understand that I must submit to the Graduate Committee a portfolio of 15 works
(slides or on disc), three letters of recommendation, and a letter of intent stating
why I desire to enter the M.F.A. program at Indiana State University.
These will be sent to the Committee no later than March 1 for Fall semester admittance,
or November 1 for Spring semester admittance.
I certify that the art works are my own creation.

In addition to the Department of Art application,
admission to the School of Graduate studies must be obtained.
