(slides or on disc), three letters of recommendation, and a letter of
intent stating
why I desire to enter the M.F.A. program at Indiana State University.

semester admittance,
or November 1 for Spring semester admittance.

In addition to the Department of Art application,
admission to the School of Graduate studies must be obtained.
