2006 Outlook — With
the needed size and athletic ability to perform
well along the Sycamore defensive font, Stokes
is poised to break out this season and become a
recognizable force in the Gateway this fall.
2005 — Started the
season’s first seven games at defensive tackle,
before suffering a season-ending leg injury at
Northern Iowa ... Posted 20 tackles, including
his first career quarterback sack ... Forced one
fumble during the season ... Recorded a
season-best six tackles against Youngstown
State.
2004 — Made 11 tackles
after seeing action in seven contests ...
Enjoyed a season-best four tackle performance at
Western Kentucky, where he also recorded one
