Heather Adams

Heather Adams works as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer for Cross Country and Track and Field at Indiana State University.  She graduated from Winona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training.  She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Athletic Training at Indiana State University and conducting research on the effects of urine agitation on measurements of hydration status.

   
Nate Dorpinghaus

Nate Dorpinghaus is in his second year at ISU. Originally from Albia, IA, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training from Central College in Pella, IA. His current assistantship is at Terre Haute North High School where he works with soccer, wrestling, and track & field. In his free time Nate enjoys working out, playing basketball, soccer, golf, and spending time with friends and family.

   
David Dziedzicki

David Dziedzicki is a second year graduate assistant athletic trainer covering softball and Indiana State University. David is currently studying the effect of self reported alcohol consumption on hydration status and fatigue David completed his undergraduate coursework at Otterbein University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training in 2010.  While completing his coursework at Otterbein, he competed at the collegiate level as the starting goalie for the men’s soccer team. The son of Brigadier General Ron Dziedzicki and Mary Ann Dziedzicki, David has two older brothers and is the proud uncle of nephews Brendan and Eli and niece Abigail.

   
Craig Middlebrook

Craig Middlebrook is a graduate of Washington State University, where he was able to work with both the Football and Soccer teams.  Upon his graduation Craig returned to work as the assistant athletic trainer at his alma mater, North Kitsap High School in Poulsbo Washington.  While there he oversaw Men’s/Women’s soccer, Men’s/Women’s basketball, Track and field, and baseball.  During the summer months Craig also worked for Westsound Orthopedics as the athletic trainer for the Washington State Teakwondo Championships, The Kitsap Blue Jackets Summer League Baseball Team, and The Kitsap Pumas Premier Development League soccer team.  Craig is excited for the opportunity to continue his education while acting as one of the graduate students with the Indiana State Football team.  March On, and Go Cougs!!!!!

   
Andy Neiman

Andy Neimann is from West Bend, a small town in rural northwest Iowa.  He attended the University of Northern Iowa and graduated in 2010 with a B.A. in athletic training.  His assistantship is working in the Indiana State University Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation Clinic as well as an undergraduate anatomy lab instructor.  His research interests include environmental illnesses, hydration, and athletic training education. 

   
Jessica Rea

Jessica Rea is originally from Stratford, Connecticut where she attended Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT.  She works with the ISU football team.  Jessica’s thesis topic involves eating disorders in collegiate wrestlers.  In her free time she enjoys exercising and reading.

   
Chelsea Renner

Chelsea Renner is a 2006 alumni of Battle Creek High School near her hometown of Norfolk, Nebraska.  In May 2010, she graduated from George Fox University in Newberg, Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and minor in Coaching.  For her thesis project, she is investigating how kinesio tape affects internal and external range of motion of the shoulder in hopes of providing more information on this fairly new therapeutic technique for further use in clinical settings.  Currently she is a graduate assistant athletic trainer at West Vigo High School in West Terre Haute.  One of her favorite things to do is travel and she has had the opportunity to go to New Zealand/Australia for an international track meet and China/Tibet for a study abroad program.  Her parents, Dennis & Elaine, still reside in Norfolk, NE near their family owned cattle feedyard and her older sister, Miranda, lives in Denver, CO.  She lives in Terre Haute with her pet beta-fish Vinny and even though she is a Hoosier for now she is still a Cornhusker at heart

   
Holly Schumache

Holly Schumacher is a second year graduate student at Indiana State and is originally from Eureka, Illinois. Holly is currently the first ever athletic trainer at Marshall High School in Marshall, Illinois. Holly graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Holly enjoys spending her summers working as an athletic trainer at Loras All Sports Camp in Dubuque, Iowa. Holly is currently researching about the effects of ankle braces on fatigue during landing.

   
Kayla Stankowski

Kayla Stankowski is a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Terre Haute South High School.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Winona State University in Winona, MN.  She is currently working on her research thesis entitled, “The Effects of Playing Surfaces on Landing Mechanics During a Jump Rebound-Landing Task.” She is originally from Mosinee, WI. 

   
Keith Tebbe

Keith Tebbe graduated from McKendree University with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and a minor in Sports Psychology. He is currently researching the perception and satisfaction that collegiate athletes have towards athletic training students. Keith works for ProRehab-PC in Vincennes, IN where he is the Outreach Coordinator for Athletic Training Services as well as the head athletic trainer for Washington High School and Rivet High School

   
Ai Ujino

Ai Ujino is from Japan. She completed her undergraduate program at Indiana State University. She is currently working at South Vigo High school as her clinical assignment, and her thesis topic is focused on Kinesio tape and shoulder ROM. She has a little bunny named “Popo” which means “little little” in French. Ai likes to watch movies, run, play sports, and cook in her free time.
