Welcome from the Department Chairperson

On behalf of the Faculty, Professional Staff, and Support Staff, I want to welcome you to the Department of Baccalaureate Nursing Completion. We are pleased to have highly qualified students entering all levels of our programs. We have our two distance education tracks: the LPN to BS track for licensed LPNs and the RN to BS track for licensed RNs. We are an NLNAC accredited and state board accredited nursing program.

We hope this 2012-13 academic year will be one of great strides for excellence in our nursing graduates.  Our curriculum is strong and committees in the department are working on innovative ways to strengthen the curriculum and benefit the students.

We also want to welcome a new faculty member, Dr. Sheila Marks, who is joining us from Florida as a faculty in health assessment and professional synthesis. She has some fresh ideas for us too!

Welcome again to the Department of Baccalaureate Nursing Completion.  Please do not hesitate to talk with Faculty, Professional Staff, and Support Staff as you complete a successful academic year at Indiana State University.
