INSTRUCTIONAL EVALUATION:
Above Expectations:
Completes ALL "Task for Completion and Discussion" assignments.
The learner demonstrates an understanding of 1) the basic
information on person-centered planning, 2) the different types
of tools used to conduct person-centered planning; 3) how to
create the different maps used in person-centered planning; and,
4) the values and benefits of person-centered planning for
individuals with deafblindness and other multiple disabilities.
Meets Expectations:
Completes three out of four "Task for Completion and Discussion"
assignments. The learner can summarize the ideas involved in
understanding basic person-centered planning, the different
types of tools used to conduct person-centered planning; how to
create the different maps used in person-centered planning; and
recognizes the values and benefits of person-centered planning
for individuals with deafblindness and other multiple
disabilities.
Below Expectations:
Completes less than three "Task for Completion and Discussion"
assignments. The learner understands the basic information on
person-centered planning, how to create the different maps used
in person-centered planning; and recognizes the values and
benefits of person-centered planning for individuals with
deafblindness and other multiple disabilities.
