Problem Solving for Building Level Teams
Presenters: Renae Azziz and Judy Wesley

Is your school or district looking for a process to problem solve as a building level team? The Problem Solving for Building Level Teams training module could be just what you need. This comprehensive training session walks your team through the five steps of problem solving (define the problem, analyze the problem, determine what to do, implement the plan with fidelity, and evaluate progress), provides video clips of a team taking a student through the problem solving process, and offers reflection activities. This module is 2 hours, 26 minutes and 36 seconds. It has been divided into eight video sections. We recommend previewing the power point presentation, the training materials packet, and the eight video sections of the module before sharing this module with a building level team.

The video streaming files can be played in programs like Window’s Media Player. The low-resolution video streaming files’ sizes are smaller with minimal delays or buffering. The high-resolution video streaming files’ sizes are larger with better picture quality, but may cause delays and buffering more frequently. We recommend viewing the low-resolution video streaming files if your computer has delays with the high-resolution video-streaming files. You can also request the high-resolution video as a DVD from the Blumberg Center
