Are You Ready for RTI? What Do You Need to Know, and What Do You Need to Do?
This webinar focuses on a dialogue with key national leaders on RTI to arrive at a greater understanding of challenges, opportunities and solutions affecting the implementation of RTI for children and adolescents who struggle to learn.

Creating Capacity: Preparing Educators for Response to Intervention (RTI)
Nationally recognized speakers at a November 24, 2008 symposium hosted by the NEA and the RTI Action Network discuss the importance of teacher preparation and professional development in preparing educators to implement effectively Response to Intervention (RTI).

RTI: Considerations for School Leaders
This modules includes the stages of adopting and fully integrating the RTI approach into a school, factors that contribute to the effective implementation of RTI, the collaborative focus of RTI,  and the importance of collecting and utilizing fidelity data to continually improve a school's implementation of the RTI approach.

RTI (Part 1): An Overview
This module includes information about the discrepancy and response-to-intervention (RTI) models, the benefits of RTI, and the different approaches to RTI.  It also introduces one model of RTI and discusses how to implement it.

Note: The Fuchs model of RTI identifies Tier 3 as special education.  Indiana’s Vision of RTI provides intense interventions (Tier 3) for any student whose data indicates that need.  Referral for evaluation for special education services for specific learning disabilities, emotional disabilities, or language impairment takes place when a student shows no or minimal progress toward goals.

RTI (Part 4): Putting It All Together
This module provides educators with a comprehensive illustration of how to implement RTI effectively.

Roadmap to Pre-K RTI: Applying RTI to Preschool Settings
Discussion to help early childhood experts, policy makers, advocates and others gain a basic understanding of the essential components of RTI and begin to develop and plan their own RTI implementation plan.  (Registration required for free archived webinar)

Tiered Instruction and Interventions - Experiences of the Vail (AZ) and Mahtomedi (MN) Districts
