Kimberly H. La Grange |
Kimberly Hendricks La Grange is the Coordinator of the Student Development Center. She is a 1986 Magna Cum Laude graduate of ISU with degrees in Management and Business Administration. La Grange also earned her Master of Business Administration from ISU in 1993. La Grange is responsible for designing and implementing programs and initiatives to meet the career development needs of Scott College of Business students. She also serves as an instructor in the College. La Grange has over twenty years’ experience as human resource management professional. In addition to her role at Indiana State University, La Grange is the founder and president of Prime Resources, Inc., a human resources consulting and leadership development firm which has been operating since 1997. She currently serves as Indiana State Director of College Relations for the Society for Human Resource Management. |
Rebecca Wray |
Rebecca Wray is the Assistant Director of the Gongaware Center for Insurance and Financial Services. She is a 2005 graduate of ISU with degrees in Insurance and Risk Management and Finance. Wray earned her Master of Business Administration from ISU in 2007. Wray directs initiatives designed to enhance the career preparation of students and augments related industry partnerships in the financial services disciplines supported by the Gongaware Center. Her duties include directing activities related to scholarship programs, student recruiting and mentoring, student activities, career development, internships, and job placement. She has been a licensed associate for Nationwide Insurance since 2004, mainly focusing on personal lines property and casualty insurance, and has been an instructor the Scott College of Business since summer 2007. |

Sara Green Williams is a full-time faculty member for the Scott College of Business, teaching marketing at Indiana State University. She earned a B.B.A. with a concentration in Marketing from East Tennessee State University in 2003 and a Master of Marketing Research from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, in 2004. After completing her M.M.R., Williams worked several years with U30 Group, Inc., a full-service marketing research company based out of Knoxville, TN. While there, she managed several major clients and lead research projects for clients including Jockey, MTV, Hanes, and Nick Digital. Her rich experience in the marketing research field led her to accept a teaching position at Indiana State in the Fall of 2007. While continuing to teach, Williams has recently joined the Student Development Center team. Her job responsibilities include: working with the team to coordinate programs and events aimed at student professional development, serving as a presenter for marketing-related topics, and offering one-on-one support to students looking to grow in their professional development. |

Ashley Layman is Operations Manager of the Student Development Center. She graduated from Indiana State in 2007, earning degrees in Management Information Systems and Business Administration. Ashley also completed her Master of Business Administration from ISU in 2008. Currently, Ashley also works in the Dean's Office of the Scott College of Business as Special Assistant to the Dean. |

Alejandra Medrano Silva |
Alejandra Medrano is the Graduate Assistant in the Student Development Center. Alejandra is currently completing her Masters of Business Administration at Indiana State University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2007 from Ave Maria University Latin American Campus in Nicaragua with a degree in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing and Global Business. Before joining ISU, she worked as a junior researcher at INCAE Business School and as an admissions counselor at Ave Maria University in Nicaragua. She is fluent in English and Spanish. |

Rebecca Hallisey is a peer assistant in the Student Development Center. Rebecca is a Junior double majoring in Marketing and Management. She is a member of the Networks Professional Development Program, Sigma Alpha Lambda Honor Society, and Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity. Rebecca is also a Student Ambassador in the Office of Admissions and a Supplement Instructor for a First Year Student Biology Class. |
Logan Rassel Peer Assistant |
Logan Rassel is the Student Development Center Analytics Specialist peer assistant. She is a freshman Accounting Major and Spanish Minor from Valparaiso, Indiana. She is a Networks Professional Development Scholar, the secretary of the associate class of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity, and a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority. |
