Fair Registration and Sponsorship Fees and Information

BASIC REGISTRATION

Includes free parking, continental breakfast, buffet lunch, one eight-foot table with tablecloth, and chairs.

2. NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION (INCLUDES GOVERNMENT & MILITARY) = NO CHARGE
3. INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY & SAINT MARY-OF-THE-WOODS DEPARTMENTS = NO CHARGE
   

LATE (AFTER FEBRUARY 10TH) & WALK-IN BASIC REGISTRATION

Same as above with table location as available.

SPONSORSHIP REGISTRATION (DEADLINE FEBRUARY 10TH)

Includes basic registration elements plus choice of table location or assigned prime location; electricity if desired; additional tables if desired; logo in student newspaper ad and on web site; 20”X30” poster at event.

1. GOLD SPONSOR = $200 + registration fee Includes choice of table location or assigned prime location; electricity if desired; additional tables if desired; logo in student newspaper ad, on web site; 20"X30" poster at event; and gold star balloon at table.
2. NAME BADGE SPONSOR (1 AVAILABLE) = $100 + registration fee.  Includes logo on student name badges.  Contact Mary Kelly to sign up.
3. STUDENT CAFE SPONSOR (1 AVAILABLE) = $100 + registration fee.  Includes collateral placed on student cafe tables.  Contact Mary Kelly to sign up.

RECOGNITION AS SPONSOR IS DEPENDENT UPON PAYMENT BEING RECEIVED BY FEBRUARY 10TH.

NO REFUNDS AFTER FEBRUARY 10TH.
