We are eager to introduce both students and parents to Indiana State University’s Career Center. Our goals are simple. First, we wish to offer students the chance to incorporate academic preparation and experiential learning. It is our hope that through our services and programs students, staff, faculty and external partners will help develop productive citizens for Indiana and the world. Secondly, we hope to assist students’ integration into campus life, provide opportunities for Collaboration - with both internal and external partners while developing transferable skills, and Educate and provide tools that will prepare our students for the professional expectations of today’s employers.

To help students in their transition into college life and provide specific suggestions for their academic and professional development, we have developed an eight semester plan. By following this simple plan, students should have a success matriculation through Indiana State University.

This timeline is to be used as a guideline. If you find yourself off schedule, you can complete these steps at later times as well.
