Employer Refund and No-Show Policies

REFUND POLICY

Indiana State University Career Center's refund policy is in effect once an organization registers for an event. We understand that conflicts and changes happen, so if an organization must withdraw from an event that requires a fee, the following refund policies will apply:

  • Cancellations received in writing more than two weeks from an event will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
  • Cancellations received in writing within two weeks of an event will not receive a refund.

Please note that refunds may not be rolled over to another event and outstanding fees must be paid before registering for future Indiana State University Career Center events. Additionally, refund policies are included on registration pages for all fee-required events.

 

NO-SHOW POLICY

If an organization registers for an event but does not attend and has an outstanding balance, the organization must pay that balance before registering for future Indiana State University Career Center events.
