Rebecca Bercich has been involved with color guard and the marching arts for over twelve years. She began as a a member of the Eden Prairie High School Color Guard in Minnesota and continued to perform throughout college with the Purdue "All-American" Marching Band, the Purdue Winter Guard, the Blue Stars Drum and Bugle Corps, and Carolina Crown Drum and Bugle Corps. From 2010 to 2015 Rebecca served as the Director of the Purdue University Color Guard and Winter Guard. She received her doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from Purdue University in 2016.

Rebecca has been instructing the Marching Sycamores since 2016.
