For my works, I chose to focus on the connection between science, math, and nature in ways that are often overlooked.  My goal with each piece was to portray accurate schematics married with aesthetic designs.  The beauty between fixed properties in nature and those that are organic drove me to create imagery with multiple interpretations.  The Fibonacci sequence, spiral, and golden mean drove many aesthetic decisions throughout completion of these works, along with other concepts within sacred geometric studies.  I wanted to make art that could be appreciated by all, and understood at a deeper level by those with greater knowledge of the subject matter.

Abigail Clouse will be graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art with a 3D concentration.
