ICMPCS CONFERENCE AIRPORT SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

Shuttles run only between the Indianapolis International Airport and the Hilton Garden Inn in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Shuttle Reservation Deadline: Thursday September 19, 2013 by 4:00 pm

 

Tickets may be purchased by charging a reservation at the website provided or if you do not want to use a charge card online, call   . The shuttle drivers DO NOT sell tickets and cannot accept cash for transportation.

Please select the shuttle pickup time that best fits your travel plans from the schedule below. Take note that reservations from the airport to Terre Haute are booked separately from reservations from Terre Haute to the airport.
Ticket sales close 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Roundtrip Reservation: $50.00 U.S.

One-way Reservation:   $25.00 U.S.

 

 Indianapolis International Airport at the Ground Transportation Center in the lower level across from the baggage claim. 

 

Note:

 (When making airline departure reservations please allow for 90 minutes travel time to the airport in addition to the regularly recommended arrival time of 2 hours before departure time. So those wishing to take the return shuttle it is recommended that you schedule departure times no earlier than 10:00 am.

NOTE: Passengers traveling on direct international flights arriving at or departing from Indianapolis will be cleared by U.S. Customs and federal security officers immediately after landing.

An average, customs inspection and clearance takes 20 minutes. Once cleared, passengers retrieve their bags in the International Arrivals on the south end of Baggage Claim.
