how to add podcast episode

Login into your Blackboard course, go to a course content area where you want to add a Podcast Episode (e.g. Course Information, Course Document). You will see five buttons on top of the content area page. Click More button and select Add Podcast Episode option.

 

And then you will be directed to a page as shown below. Enter a Title and a short description for the Podcast Episode.

 

If you have the file in your computer, click Browse button to attach the file.

 

Select the file and click Open button.

 

If you want to link to an external URL, copy and paste the link below.

 

If you have additional files such as transcripts, you can attach them in this section.

 

Check Yes if you want to make this episode available to students. You can also make the date and time restriction settings. Remember if you set up a start date, you must set up an end date, and you need to select the date and time through calendar and clock.

 

Click Submit button to finish.

Click OK button.

Click on the play link, you can play this Episode through Media Player.

The Episode can also be played by clicking on the Play icon.

Click on Stop icon to stop.
