Log on to Blackboard and enter your course. Once you are in your course click Users and Groups and select Users.
On the Users page, click on the Find Users to Enroll button.
Click Browse button.
Decide how you would like to search this user (e.g., Username, First Name, Last Name or E-Mail) and type in the relevant information in the textbox and then hit Go button.
Select the user that you want to enroll.
Click Submit button.
The user that you just selected will be shown in the Username field. Choose a Role for this user.
Set Enrollment Availability as Yes. Click Submit button.
You will receive a message saying that you have successfully enrolled this user.
