how to exclude an item from calculation
Locate the item that you want to exclude from calculation in Grade Center, move the cursor over to the column name, click on the double down arrow button and select Edit Column Information.
On the Edit Column page, scroll down to the third section Options. Select No for Include this Column in Grade Center Calculations option.
Click on Submit to finish.
Click on OK.
