Return to tutorial list

Login into your Blackboard, then scroll down to Control Panel which is in the left bottom. Click on Course Tools and select Tests, Surveys, and Pools.

 

And then you will be directed to a page as shown below. Select Tests to build a test.

 

Click Build Test button.

 

Enter a Name and a Description for the test.

 

Enter instructions if needed.

 

Click Submit button.

 

On Test Canvas page, click Reuse Question button and select Find from Pool or Test option.

Then you will be directed to Search Pools and Tests page. Select a pool or test which you want to import questions from.

Select question types by checking the check boxes. 

Assign Points Value for per question. You can use the previous point values of assign a new point value.

Click Search button.

Select questions by checking the check boxes next to each question. To select all check the first check box next to Type. Then click Add Selected button to add selected questions to the test.

Then, you will see the questions are shown in the Test Canvas. Next, you will need to deploy the test to content area. To find out how to deploy a test, please return to Blackboard tutorials and click on the How to deploy a quiz link.
