Open the course site which you want to merge course to, click on the Control Panel in the Course Management area to unfold the manual.

Click on the Course Tools.
Click on Merge Course Enrollments.
Then click on Merge Section Enrollments Into this Course.
Click on the section(s) in the Course List that are to be merged into the parent course in the Select Section(s) to Merge area. To select multiple sections, press the Control key and click the left mouse button to select sections.
Scroll down and click on the Submit button.
Click the OK button.

The courses have been successfully merged.

Click the OK button.

Click on the Synchronize Gradebook Column link to reflect the course section students originally enrolled in.

Click the OK button.
