If the Send Email function is enabled in your group you can easily e-mail your group members. Once you are in your group, click on the Send E-mail link. (If you need instruction on how to get to your groups, return to tutorials and click on How to Enter Groups)
The first step in sending an e-mail is to select recipients.
Next you need to fill in the Subject of the e-mail, and type in your message.
If you need to attach a file, click on the Attach a file link.
A new dialog screen will open. To attach a file, click on Browse button.
In the Choose File to Upload dialog box, locate the file on your computer that you want to attach to your e-mail and click the Open button.
Back on the main e-mail screen you will now see the name of the file you attached. If this isn't the correct file you can click on remove link and repeat the above process to select the correct file.
Clicking on Submit button will send the e-mail to everyone you selected. You will also receive a copy of this email.
