Blackboard upgrade FAQ

  1. Will my course sites still be there?

    2. Yes, we are upgrading the software only and all of the course sites will be updated to Blackboard version 9.

  2. Will I lose anything from my course site?

    3. No. All of your content should still be there.

  3. Where do I find Blackboard 9 tutorials?

    4. Tutorials are available here. You can also contact CIRT for training.

  4. Why was this time chosen?

    5. This time has the least impact upon students and faculty while the upgrade is in progress.
