Statistical and Research Software Packages at ISU
ISU has a variety of stats and research software packages available. Windows and Macintosh versions of the software are available for selected packages.
AMOS
Windows version

- Licenses available for all University owned Windows computers on campus.
- Accessible in all public computer labs
- Access is available to distance education and degree link students through the server set up for distance education. Call Help Desk at ext. 2910 to request more information.
- Request must be processed by a faculty member
- Faculty installation, first be logged into Novell
- Navigate to S: drive (EMPRODV)
- Open the STATS folder
- Open the AutoInstaller folder
- Double-click Amos19Auntoinstaller.exe
- The program should install with no interaction needed
- If you encounter problems with the installation, contact the Help Desk at ext. 2910 to request assistance.

- Navigate to the S: drive
- Open the STATS folder
- Open the minitab15 folder
- Double click minitab15 english.msi
- Click through the installation accepting all the default parameters
- If you encounter problems with the installation, contact the Help Desk at ext. 2910 to request assistance.
