• Payment accepted with Visa/MasterCard over the phone or in person*
  • *Make arrangements for in person payment in advance 
• Information needed when using a credit card over the phone
  • Type of card (MasterCard or Visa)
  • The 16 digit account number
  • Card expiration date
  • 3 digit security code from the back of the card
  • Name of the cardholder
  • Billing address to which card statements are sent
• Payment accepted with a check via mail to
