agency for Indiana Coalition to Reduce Underage Drinking and as a sponsor
for the Indiana Red Ribbon Campaign. Works to achieve a more extensive
and comprehensive approach to prevention for at-risk youth by providing
mini-grants to youth-serving agencies in 18 counties.
