COURSES
All courses in the post-secondary facilitator certificate program are offered on-line. On-campus visits are not required. High-speed Internet access is required. To determine availability of a course for a particular semester, refer to the class schedule.

Technical education in a post-secondary institution. Evolution, uniqueness, mission, needs of the student, planning for the future, and higher education.

HRD 473 Evaluating Learner Performance—3 credits.
Application of evaluation techniques to competency-based instruction including use of profile charts, job descriptions, and performance assessment.

HRD 489 Adult Learners in Higher Education and Training—3 credits.
This course provides instructors of adult learners with the knowledge and skills needed to apply the principles of adult learning in higher education and training.

HRD 369 Developing Occupational and Training Programs
HRD 369 Developing Occupational and Training Programs—3 credits.
Students will receive an introduction to various strategies for job and task analysis which will be used to develop a duty/task list. With that analysis, the student will design a course of instruction in his or her area of expertise.

Distance Education Students Residing Outside of Indiana: Each of the states has its own approval processes for out-of-state institutions offering distance education.
