Office Clues

Want to improve your computer skills and boost your productivity?

Office Clues can help you learn how to use Microsoft Office products more effectively.

Each month, Office Clues provides insightful articles and useful tips and tricks for Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word. Some even include popup e-learning lessons for hands-on learning.

If you haven't been reading Office Clues, you have missed articles and lessons on practical topics such as:

  • How to add music to your PowerPoint presentation
  • How to save your Excel worksheet as a web page
  • How to create an electronic newsletter using Word
  • How to produce mailing labels from your Access database

ISU faculty, staff, and students access Office Clues from an on-campus connection or remotely via the ISU proxy server.

ISU faculty members who are interested in developing courses (including general education) for distance programs may benefit from the array of services offered by the University's Office of Distance Support Services.
