The Nursing Education Graduate Certificate is designed for the registered nurse who already holds a master degree in nursing—and now wishes to add nurse educator certification.
This on-line program consists of 14 credit hours. All courses are developed and taught by Indiana State University's nursing faculty. The program can be completed in one calendar year.
Upon successful completion of program requirements, a certificate is awarded and students are eligible to take the National League for Nursing (NLN) Nurse Educator Certification Examination.
Indiana State University's Nursing Program is approved by the Indiana State Board of Nursing and accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC).

Course Delivery
All nursing courses are offered via the Internet. Clinical courses may be
arranged in your community. On-campus visits are not required. This on-line
program includes lectures delivered via video and audio. High-speed Internet
connection is required (as well as a headset and microphone, and web camera).
