The University offers a master's in health sciences with a concentration in public health.

This master's program provides a general mastery of public health beyond that of the undergraduate level.

The program is particularly recommended for students who wish to advance in their career beyond the entry level; who wish to assume additional organizational responsibility; or who wish to pursue a doctorate degree.

Program Completion

A distance learning student is considered a part-time student. The University allows part-time students seven years to complete their degree work. The minimum time to complete the degree is one and one-half years.

Indiana State University is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association.
