Student Services Concierge
Indiana State University has designed the Students Services Concierge especially for admitted ISU distance learners. If you have encountered problems that are keeping you from moving forward with your educational goals, our Concierge is here to assist in any way that we can.
The Student Services Concierge can provide services and resources for distance education students for both undergraduate programs and graduate programs to keep you informed of the criteria associated with each of the programs.
Our Student Concierge can advocate for you with departments, offices, and people on campus, including:

- Financial aid
- Library services

Prior to contacting the Student Services Concierge, check out Sycamore Express for answers to the most common questions and problems related to being a student at Indiana State University. We provide information and assistance with academic options, billing and finances, financial aid, graduation, housing and dining, registration, scholarships, and other ISU services and resources.

Distance Education Students Residing Outside of Indiana: Each of the states has its own approval processes for out-of-state institutions offering distance education. While Indiana State University endeavors to offer all of its programs to as wide an audience as possible, all ISU distance education programs may not be available in all states.
