Field Experience/Research Expeditions
September 2010 Pacific Coast, San Diego, California- Collected sediment samples for analysis of Benthic organisms at three (3) sites off the coast of San Diego/La Jolla.
April 2010 Madison, Indiana- Collected marine fossils from the Early to Late Ordovician Period
April 2009 Terre Haute, Indiana- Collected soil samples of historical home sites in the area to test for lead contamination levels.
July 2011 San Diego, California- Participated in an 6-day cruise studying the effects of oxygen availability and the pore sizes of Cibicides wuellerstorfi. Inhabiting a depth transect off the coast of San Diego, California.
October 2011 Poland, Indiana- Conducted a stratigraphic study at Cagle’s Mill State Park.
April 2012 Farmington, Missouri- Observed and studied intrusions and extrusions in the local area.
