Elementary, Early and Special Education

Special Education (Graduate)

The master’s degree in special education (teaching) at Indiana State University is designed to:

  1. Enhance and reinforce the capabilities of those with existing special education licensure, or
  2. Add special education licensure to those with an Indiana teaching license in another teaching area. The program meets requirements for Indiana’s Mild Intervention teaching license. Courses are offered in a variety of on-campus and distance education formats, including internet-based and interactive TV.
