The Department of English at Indiana State offers a number of scholarships and awards to outstanding students majoring in English. In spring 2013, over $30,000 was awarded to talented students in our programs.

Graduate students who receive teaching assistantships also receive tuition scholarships.

Criteria:            English graduate student, second year

GPA:                Highest GPA

 

James Richard and Virginia Bash Memorial award—Teaching distinction

Criteria :           Graduate teaching assistant in English

GPA :               Good Standing

Financial aid is also available in the form of loans, grants, and work-study programs administered by the University's Office of Student Financial Aid.
