Others
The experience students
and other constituents
have with employees has
a direct impact on their
perception of the level
quality and caring
extended by the
University as a whole.
Often times, people are
unaware of the "image"
their behaviors present
to others, and while we
are certain all
employees approach their
work with only the best
of service quality at
heart, their expression
of that intent is often
not observed by others.
Service training will be
focused on how to better
interact and communicate
with others. Attention
to supportive
problem-solving, the
effective management of
stressful encounters
with others, techniques
of de-escalation and
positively-oriented
approaches will be
stressed. As a result
of the training,
employees should see a
reduction in stress and
a significant increase
in positive outcomes of
interaction with others.
We are pledged to
providing service to our
constituents that far
exceeds the level
maintained by other
institutions of higher
education.
