On This Day In Terre Haute History

Dorothy has spent the past year doing the research and writing for her seventh local history book. She accepted the invitation from The History Press in Charleston, South Carolina in 2014, because she was aware that the new format would be a challenge--and she does love challenges.
 

The other books she has written (or co-authored) view local history from a chronological approach or by category. This book called for finding an event for each day of the year -  any year from 1800 to 2013. Sound interesting? Yes, it was. Dorothy will share her experience in meeting this challenge and some interesting tidbits from local history.
